SHIPPING POLICY

Our commitment is to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of your order, in good condition.

Shipping

  • We presently deliver to most cities and towns across India.
  • To guarantee swift and reliable delivery, we exclusively utilize reputable courier services.
  • Once dispatched from our warehouse, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Complying with Indian Regulations, all liquid and heavyweight items will be shipped via surface transportation, resulting in delayed arrival.
  • For urgent purchases, especially during emergencies, kindly consult our support team prior to placing your order. Delivery of liquid items may take 3-10 days, contingent upon your location.

Dispatch Time

  • Orders are typically shipped within 2 working days of placement.
  • In certain instances, shipment may take up to 7 working days due to procurement from suppliers or extended public holidays.
  • While our aim is to ship all items together, this may not always be feasible due to product characteristics or availability. Consequently, orders may be split and dispatched in 2/3 parts (or more), with tracking links provided via email.
  • Please note that all items may include a declaration (akin to an invoice) stating the price, in accordance with Indian Tax Regulations.

Transit Time

  • Expect delivery within 4-5 working days in major cities, and 7-15 days in other locations.
  • Transit time may vary due to courier services, delivery area accessibility, or force majeure events.

Shipment Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you can track your order online. Tracking links are sent via email.
  • Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to display accurate shipment status.

Refund

  • In the rare event that we are unable to ship your order completely within 10 working days, the remaining unshipped portion will be cancelled. You will receive an email notification with the reason, and a refund will be processed to the original payment method (online banking, credit card, wallet, UPI, etc.) used for the purchase.

Shipment Damaged In Transit

  • If you suspect that the product is damaged or the packaging tampered with, please refuse delivery and raise a ticket within 3 days of receipt, citing your order number. We will promptly investigate and arrange for a replacement delivery at the earliest convenience.
