Returns
You have 3 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Certain items, such as perishable goods, opened food or supplements, and custom-made products, are not eligible for return.
Return Process

- Include your order number and the reason for the return in your request.
- After receiving your request, we will provide instructions on where to ship your item.
Please do not send your item back without prior approval from our team.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 3-4 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected time frame, please take the following steps:
- Check your bank or credit card statement again.
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at contact@amanaquatics.com for further instructions.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product).
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Opened or used food products
- Perishable goods (e.g., live plants, live fish, or live food)
- Clearance or sale items
